In My Mailbox comes from the awesome mind of Kristi "The Story Siren". Each Sunday, bloggers share the books they received via mail, store, or library. For more info about In My Mailbox, click here.
I have a weakness for buying books, and the last two weeks Barnes & Noble and Borders have been running these awesome sales. Last week, I picked up 3 clearance books that were included in last week's In My Mailbox post. This week, I got 14 more, (so I won't include pics or summaries, I'll just link them to the Amazon pages.)
Without further ado, I present you with this week's lot:
Eleven by Lauren Myracle
Geek Magnet by Kieran Scott
The Breakup Bible by Melissa Kantor
The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks by E. Lockhart
The Death of Jayson Porter by Jaime Adoff
(All these came from Borders. They were all hardcover and cost only $3.99!)
Confessions of a Bitter Secret Santa by Lara Bergen (I love Christmas books!)
Lipstick Jungle by Candace Bushnell
Skinny-Dipping (Au Pairs series #2) by Melissa de la Cruz
A Brief Chapter in My Impossible Life by Dana Reinhardt
The Dating Game by Natalie Standiford
Breaking Up is Really, Really Hard to Do (The Dating Game series #2) by Natalie Standiford
Can True Love Survive High School (The Dating Game series #3) by Natalie Standiford
Bras and Broomsticks by Sarah Mlynowski
How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls by Zoey Dean
(These came from Barnes & Noble. They are a mix of paperback and hardcover and ranged from $1.99-3.99!)
These should keep me busy for a while, but with so many new books out and a gift card burning in my wallet, I think in a moment I'm heading out to see what else I can find!!!

Yay! Great books.
I just spent my B&N Giftcard on The Hunger Games, Cracked Up to Be, and Looking for Alaska, but they haven't been shipped yet.
Ellie: I'm reading The Hunger Games right now. It is fantastic!
Do you know if the Barnes and Noble sale is going on in store as well? I probably shouldn't go but.....
Can't wait to see what else you find!
According to an email I got, today is the last day!
So I am going to go, just gotta motivate myself to get off the couch.
Alea: I misread, I've got Borders on my mind. Not sure about Barnes & Noble.
I'm totally going!!!!!!! We'll have to report back to each other as to the goodies we find!!
LOL that's ok. I went on the website and it looks like it's in store too. Even if they don't have anything I haven't browsed in awhile (in B&N) and it's probably good if they don't have anything on clearance, at least for me!
P.S. You should get twitter :D
I want to read that E.Lockhart book too. xD
Why can't my B&N or Borders have these awesome sales! I've been dying to read E. Lockhart's book!
Lots of great books!
You have an amazing list of books to read. The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks was AMAZING!! I loved it and hopefully you will too. As for the Hunger Games it was my favorite YA read of 2009. It will stick with you long after the pages have been read.
Alea: I should totally get Twitter. And good luck at B & N!
Carmen: I am so excited about the E. Lockhart book. I can't believe they even had it on clearance.
Yan: My Borders usually doesn't have good items on the clearance rack; this time they surprised me. And I actually got the B & N books online because there wasn't much to choose from in the store.
Jocelyn: Thanks for stopping by!
DarlingDiva: I am loving The Hunger Games so far. I am hoping to finish it today!
Wow, nice list! I love sales. Yay for getting The Death of Jayson Porter. Just read that and loved it, so I hope you do too...review should be up later. I'm running a bit late on things. lol
